About Us

Ubuntu Directory is an independent, English-language educational directory about Ubuntu and its extended ecosystem. Our goal is to make it easier to compare official flavors, Ubuntu-based distributions, remixes, historical projects and related editions.

We are not Canonical, and this website is not officially endorsed by Canonical. Ubuntu and distribution names may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Entries are editorial starting points, not a guarantee of active development, software safety, licensing or availability. Please confirm important facts on official project websites.
